Sharing a folder |

Click the folder you
wish to share. Click File,
then click Sharing and
Security... The Properties dialog box
opens-
In
the Sharing tab, click the Share this folder on
the network check box. If you wish to give the
folder a Share name, do so in this dialog box -
To
allow others to modify data in the folder, click the
Allow network users to change my files check
box -
Click OK

Sharing a printer |

Click
Start,
then click
Printers and Faxes -
In the
Printers window, click the icon for the printer you
wish to share -
In the
File
menu, click
Sharing... -
Click
the
Share
this printer
radio button, then type a friendly name so that
others can easily identify the printer -
Click
OK
