• Click Start, then Run

• In the Open dialog box, type clipbrd.exe, then press Enter

• Click Window, then Clipboard to display the contents of the Clipboard

• Copy the desired data

• Open ClipBook

• Click Window, then Local ClipBook

• Click Edit, then Paste

• Type a name for the page in the Paste dialog box

• If you want to make the page available to others on your network, click the Share Item Now check box

• Click OK

Saving contents using ClipBook

• In ClipBook, click File, then Save as...

• Choose a location to save the file and type a name for it, leaving the filename extension as .clp

• Click the Save button

Copying objects between different applications

• Open the server document and select the desired object

• Click Edit, then Copy

• Open the container document and select the location where you want the information to be copied

• Click Edit, then Paste
