Click
New on the Outlook
Express toolbar-
In the To:, Cc:, and Bcc: fields, specify the e-mail
addresses of the message's main recipients -
In the
Subject field, type the subject of the message -
In
the message text box, type the text of the message -
To change the text format of the message, in the
Format menu, click Rich
Text or Plain
Text -
To attach a file to the message,
click the Attach
button, then navigate to the file and click
Attach, or
drag a file from a Desktop folder to the New Message
window -
To send the message, click the
Send button
