Click
Start, then click
Control Panel-
Double-click Sounds and
Audio Devices -
In the Sounds tab, use
the drop-down list under Sound Scheme to
select the desired scheme -
In the list under
Program Events, select the event for which to
change the associated sound -
Change the sound
associated with the program event by selecting the
desired sound from the Sounds drop-down list

Click
the
Start
button to start recording -
Click
Stop
button to stop recording -
Click
Play
button to play the recording

Drag the
slider to where you want to insert the new sound
file

Edit, then click
Insert File...

the sound file you want to insert, then click
Open to add the
