Type your password,
and then type it again in the
Confirm Password
field; then click Next

Backup
Wizard
button, then click
Next

the appropriate radio button to select what you want
to back up, then click
Next

the check box beside each item you want to back up,

Next

Select
the drive where you want to store your backup file
and type a name for the backup file

Open,
then click
Next

Click

Click the radio button next to Restore files and
settings and click Next

Click the check box next to any drive, folder, or
file that you want to restore and then click
