Select the paragraph
or paragraphs you want to use the tabs-
In the Format menu, click
Tabs, or right-click the paragraphs, then
click Tabs in
the context menu -
To create a new tab, type the
position in the box, then click
Set -
To remove a
tab, click the tab in the list, the click
Clear -
When
you're finished adjusting the tabs, click
OK

Select the paragraph or paragraphs you want to use
the tab settings -
To
create a new tab, click the ruler at the spot you
want the new tab -
To move
a tab, click the marker and drag it off the ruler -
To
remove a tab, click the marker and drag it off the
rules

Format menu, click Font

Font list, click the typeface you want to use

In the
Font style list, click the type style to indicate
whether the text is bold or italic

Size list, click the size of the text

Effects, click the
Underlined check box to add or remove

Color drop-down list, click the color to use for the
text

Click
OK
