• In the Security tab, click the zone for which to set the level

• Click the slider bar, then drag it to one of the four security levels

• Click Apply or OK

• In the Security tab, click the zone for which to customize the security level

• Click the Custom Level button

• In the Settings box, click the appropriate radio buttons to set the security options

• To reset the values to one of the default levels, use the Reset to drop-down list to select the level, then click Reset

• Click OK

Setting Web page colors

• In the Internet Options dialog box, click the General tab

• In the General tab, click the Colors button

• To be able to select custom colors for the text and background, uncheck the Use Windows colors check box

• To be able to select a color for when the mouse pointer is over a link, check the Use hover color check box

• To change the color of an option, click the color button

• In the Color dialog box, select the color to use, then click OK

• When you're finished selecting colors, click OK in the Colors dialog box

• In the Internet Options dialog box, click OK or Apply

Setting Web page typefaces

• In the General tab, click Fonts

• In the Fonts dialog box, in the Web page font list, click the typeface to use for regular text

• In the Plain text font list, click the typeface to use for plain text

• Click OK

• In the Internet Options dialog box, click OK

Customizing the size of text

• In the View menu, click Text Size

• In the Text Size submenu, click the size to use

• In the General tab, click the Accessibility button

• In the Accessibility dialog box, under Formatting, check and uncheck boxes to indicate which settings to override

• Click OK

• In the Internet Options dialog box, click OK or Apply
